Yesterday I ran about 1.5 miles, walked .5, and did the elliptical for 3 miles. Today I ran 3 miles. I wanted to go for 5, but decided against it because I don’t want to risk doing too much too fast since I’m still just getting back into this. And then I biked 5 miles in 20 minutes. Not too shabby.
Now I just need to get the eating under control. I haven’t really been eating all that badly… it’s that I need to eat more consistently. Yesterday I had a banana, a few almonds, and 2 tacos (ground beef, refried beans, avocado, tomato, lettuce, and cheese), and a piece of cake. Today I had a cup of greek yogurt with black berries, blue berries, and a banana, some almonds, another banana, and like 6 squares of pizza (like when they cut it in rectangles instead of like a pie… and 3 of them were corner pieces).
I’m not eating enough during the day, so then I eat too much for dinner. I need to work on planning meals better because I don’t feel like this is healthy.
