I’ve decided that I’m hardly ever on here, so my lovely followers that wish to keep up with me should follow on my personal (and if I’m following you on this account, you should send me a message at my personal because i want to follow you there if I’m not already!)

I still post weight/fitness related stuff, but also some other stuff, so if you want strictly weightloss blogs, then don’t follow me (as much as I hate to say that).

So the past few days have been really good for the most part.

Yesterday I ran about 1.5 miles, walked .5, and did the elliptical for 3 miles.  Today I ran 3 miles.  I wanted to go for 5, but decided against it because I don’t want to risk doing too much too fast since I’m still just getting back into this.  And then I biked 5 miles in 20 minutes.  Not too shabby.

Now I just need to get the eating under control.  I haven’t really been eating all that badly… it’s that I need to eat more consistently.  Yesterday I had a banana, a few almonds, and 2 tacos (ground beef, refried beans, avocado, tomato, lettuce, and cheese), and a piece of cake.  Today I had a cup of greek yogurt with black berries, blue berries, and a banana, some almonds, another banana, and like 6 squares of pizza (like when they cut it in rectangles instead of like a pie… and 3 of them were corner pieces).  
I’m not eating enough during the day, so then I eat too much for dinner.  I need to work on planning meals better because I don’t feel like this is healthy.

Officially back in Chicago.

I have no food… and I’m waiting until tomorrow to go shopping.  So far, I’ve made it through today without getting hungry.  We’ll see how long I can last.
